The Hull Institute has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 20 years. We are a private outpatient practice working with individuals of all ages (8-80) and backgrounds with disordered eating or an eating disorder. We have 12 therapists and 5 dietitians, all specially trained in helping people recover from an eating disorder. The DBT/CBT skills are taught in an accepting, non-judgmental, validating environment. The focus is on those who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Chronic Pain, PTSD, OCD, Medical Issues causing Psychological Distress, Social Anxiety and those who need Coping Skills. We have three IOPs geared toward Mental Health. Two IOPs are DBT focused, one in the morning and one in the evening. The third IOP is a Health and Wellness IOP focused on those suffering with an acute or chronic Mental Health condition. Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry is a leading provider of mental health and addiction treatment in the Columbus, Ohio, area. For adults age 18 and older, we offer a premier inpatient program, which provides high-quality care through five specialized treatment tracks. Our specialized tracks include geriatric care for adults age 65 and older, an adult behavioral unit, an intensive care unit, a dual diagnosis unit, and an inpatient detox program. In our geriatric track, we provide care for adults who have severe mental illnesses and co-occurring dementia or memory impairment. Our adult behavioral unit can treat a variety of mental health disorders, while our intensive care unit typically provides treatment for those who have thought disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. In our dual diagnosis unit, we treat adults who have a primary mental health disorder diagnosis and a co-occurring addiction. At our treatment center, inpatient care usually lasts for about five to seven days.
