Lido Wellness Center is located in the beautiful Lido Village of Newport Beach. We at Lido Wellness Center are dedicated to providing integrative, holistic and comprehensive care. We seek to understand and honor the unique composition of each person; focusing on mental, physical, relational and spiritual wellness. We provide trauma-informed mental health services
Lido Wellness Center provides PHP and IOP services for adults struggling with various mental health disorders such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, co- occurring disorders, as well at trauma and stressor-related issues. Our model of care is integrative combining body and mind therapies such as somatic experiencing, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed yoga, neuro and bio feedback, psychodrama, music therapy and CBT. We offer transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), where indicated, with oversight by our psychiatrist. Families of our patients get a full day of education and movement therapy in our family program. We aim to be the last treatment experience for our patients and support their continued process with our alumni services where we offer opportunities to stay connected and be of service. We are proud to work with many esteemed mental and behavioral health programs and professionals to honor the support needed before and after care with us. Treatment Description
Patients entering our PHP program receive the full spectrum of our program and treatment modalities we offer. Our Partial Hospitalization Program meets 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. All of our services are provided by doctor or master level clinicians, many of which hold additional credentials for specific types of therapy. Patients will receive services from therapists who specialize in Psychiatry, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, Psychodrama, Recreational Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, EMDR and knowledge in co-occurring and secondary diagnoses. Because we believe everyone's individual needs are different, once patients step down into our Intensive Outpatient Program we will develop a treatment schedule based on which treatment modalities worked best for you. Our Intensive Outpatient Program meets 3 hours per day and up to 5 days per week, depending on your individual needs for services.
