With our 3 or 5 day group option you will meet one on one with a licensed therapist first and then join our supportive and comforting group therapy environment. In group you will receive the tools and support you need to start making lasting changes. The therapeutic interventions used daily are CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, processing and motivational interviewing. Our therapists each have over 10 years of experience in helping individuals with transitional issues, serious and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. Also included are weekly or bi-weekly individual meetings with our psychiatrist for medication management if needed. We are a COVID safe environment and adhere to all screening and sanitation measures. Are you ready for a change?
We feel you. It is difficult to step out of your comfort zone and we are here to help. If you find your old pattern is not working any more, let us help. IOP is offered Monday through Friday for your convenience. Individuals attend 3 days a week 9:30-12:15. For a higher level of care PHP is held 5 days a week Monday through Friday from 8:40-2pm.
