Transformations By The Gulf Has 2 Programs. One for Men and One for Women. Men and women have different issues. It is important to be able to share all issues freely with no distractions. Common group discussions are about relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, embarrassment, shame, anger, and aggression. Our women's program helps women identify and build on their strengths rather than their deficits. The men's program focuses on issues unique to their needs. * Both rehab programs include a defined set of activities that address the symptoms and root causes of addictions, and the patients are taught new ways to manage their lives without alcohol and drugs. * These activities include but are not limited to: education, group therapy, individual therapy, art therapy, meditation, nutritional coaching, relapse prevention, early recovery, acupuncture, and personal training. Our private rehab treatments are also affordable and cost effective which conveniently assists clients with an array of substance abuse and alcohol dependency issues. Our outpatient solutions are likewise based on women and men's individual needs, ensuring your requirements are met with our client-centered approach.
