Intensive outpatient programs offer 9 hours of group therapy per week, scheduled during convenient evening, comprehensive psychiatric assessment and follow-up, case management, and weekly individual therapy, scheduled at your convenience. This allows you to get all the support you need without interfering in your daily life. Transcend Wellness Intensive Outpatient in Wilton Manors is a unique program which tailors each client's treatment to their specific needs, including a specialized trauma track for those with a PTSD diagnosis. We offer accountability during the riskiest time of relapse and re-emergence of mental health symptoms. Our staff has over 50 years of combined specialization and experience in the mental health and substance abuse field, and we have worked together to draw upon that experience and create a program of evidenced-based practices and a higher level of healing and recovery for each patient. This program is purposely designed to provide care for individuals who want to maintain their commitments to their professions, families, and communities while seeking help. Our program is tailored to provide an individualized approach to tackling mental health and substance use issues. Our program provides the space to practice healthy behaviors and implement the learned tools within the context of their daily life, while also providing a clinically intensive, and peer-supported anchor to treatment. Group therapy is offered during convenient evening and weekend hours three times a week, with comprehensive psychiatric care, case management, and weekly individual therapy to supplement the group support.
