MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital, located in New Castle, Delaware, is an inpatient treatment center serving individuals who are struggling with addictions and mental health disorders. Our adult inpatient treatment programs are designed to provide a full continuum of care for adults who have emotional, behavioral, and substance use concerns. We offer inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older, seniors age 55 and older, and individuals who need to detox from addictive substances. We help people who have addictions to substances such as alcohol, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, prescription drugs, and opioids. While some methadone clinics just provide medication to help people stop opioid use, our CTC offers methadone and counseling services to promote lasting recovery. Methadone is an FDA-approved prescription medication that can alleviate the painful withdrawal symptoms people may experience when they quit using opioids. The therapy component of MAT can give patients the chance to address the emotional aspects of recovery. By receiving medication and therapy as part of MAT, patients can improve their functioning, avoid relapse, and achieve lasting recovery from opioid addictions. We offer MAT as a flexible outpatient service, so people can receive treatment while continuing with their daily schedules.

MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital in New Castle, Delaware, is a leading provider of partial hospitalization programming (PHP) for adolescents, adults, and seniors. We serve individuals who need comprehensive treatment for a range of behavioral health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and schizophrenia. Ashley Addiction Treatment is a private, non-profit, Joint Commission accredited, 100-bed, inpatient addiction and chronic pain treatment center located on a picturesque, 147-acre campus on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in Northern Maryland.
