We know that it can be overwhelming to find accessible and supportive care for your whole family. Every family has different needs, but driving everyone all over town trying to meet their healthcare needs cuts down the time we have available for self-care and connecting in the relationships in our lives. At Touchstone Therapy Center, we have a broad scope of therapeutic services available at our "one-stop-shop" for your convenience. We've brought together specialists in counseling, physical, occupational, speech therapies all under one roof to make this care more accessible and integrative than ever. Our Behavioral Health Team
There is no one size fits all solution to people's struggles so we have built a team at TFC with expertise in multiple areas. Whether it is Couples Counseling, Family or Individual Therapy we have a therapist to meet each individual's unique needs. Many of our couple's therapists are trained and certified in the highly proven Gottman Method. Other adult specialties include EMDR, Grief Therapy, Substance Abuse, Chronic Illness, Women's Issues, and Trauma. Our child and adolescent therapists are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential models such as Sand Tray and Sand Play Therapies.

Moving Forward Through Divorce works to empower mothers in their journeys after divorce by providing an environment for mothers to connect, find support, and share resources. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, Moving Forward Through Divorce is FREE and open to the community for any mothers that have been divorced, have ended a relationship or are going through the divorce or separation process.

Adulting with ADHD

Adulting with ADHD brings a different level of challenge to everyday life. Often partners, family, coworkers and peers can have trouble understanding how the ADHD brain is wired leading to misunderstandings, frustration, and feeling stuck. Join our Adults with ADHD support group where you will find positive support, information, education, and community as we navigate issues related to Adulting with ADHD. This is a FREE, virtual therapist-led group that meets once monthly on the third Thursday of the month from 7-8 pm. Registration is required to receive the zoom link for the next scheduled meeting.

For ages 8-12. Learning through experience is one of the best ways to figure out how to make connections with others. Our groups help children and adolescents learn to navigate and increase their confidence in making connections with their peers. By meeting together regularly with a licensed therapist present, children have a safe opportunity to learn to build and sustain relationships. Each week will have a designated topic for discussion that will facilitate closeness within the group and help each child learn new skills. Group Cost : $35/session
