Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) provide opioid use disorder treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders. CTCs offer detoxification from substances such as heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids, as well as alcohol. Treatment at a CTC is in the form of outpatient therapy, allowing patients to receive substance use disorder care that is convenient to them without much disruption to their lives. Unlike traditional outpatient treatment centers, CTCs use medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help ease the discomfort of withdrawal symptoms that come from detoxification. MAT can involve medication such as methadone or buprenorphine under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Along with detoxification, CTCs offer individual and group therapy sessions. Our Daytime Intensive Group, (commonly referred to as a Partial Hospitalization Program) is more intensive than traditional outpatient treatment. Teens who require our program are experiencing mental health issues which are preventing them from successfully attending school. These can be anything related to anxiety, depression, or trauma. While many of these symptoms may be challenging, they do not usually require around-the-clock care. Students attend our Daytime Intensive Group for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM until 3:30PM.
