Who we treat
Time Wellness Atlanta is a primary mental health center for adults and adolescents (ages 13-17). Our program, which includes day treatment levels of care and intensive outpatient, is designed to assist clients in their journey to understand and achieve through symptom management and the development of new life skills. Our program specializes in assisting adults and adolescents in working through symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, dual diagnosis, and trauma related challenges. Through our comprehensive approach including CBT, DBT, and ACT our trauma focused approach from our treatment team carry the expertise to fulfill an array of mental health problems. Time now offers an intensive outpatient program, three evenings a week, that will serve adolescents age thirteen to seventeen years old. The adolescent track relies heavily on being an interactive experience that assists clients in healing through art, movement, and experiential activities. Time's adolescent IOP track focuses on applying therapeutic techniques to the experience of being a teen in today's society. Evidenced based treatment that works
As a mental health treatment program, Time Wellness utilizes a range of evidence-based treatment modalities that helps our client’s assimilate back into everyday life and rediscover a different way to live. We believe that incorporating important life skills like nutrition, exercise, time management, and accountability of daily tasks helps treatment to be more effective in changing lifestyles. We will help you get a proper diagnosis and a personalized treatment program to ensure you are getting the level of care you need. Time Wellness believes that the mental health field is forever evolving, and we would like to do the same by offering technology such as red-light therapy to assist with S.A.D as well as Alpha Stim to assist with anger management and anxiety. Your new life starts now
Our PHP program is for clients coming from a mental health residential program or someone who may need a higher level of care than individual therapy. PHP clients come to our Atlanta location and our group hours are from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The average length of stay is 4-6 weeks. Our IOP program is the next step in the process which offers programing 3 to 5 days a week for 3 hours a day; as a program promoting life skills and over all mental wellness, our clinical IOP hours vary to meet the client’s needs. The average length of stay in IOP is an additional 1 to 2 months. Our family programming consists throughout the length of stay as mental illness does not only affect the individual sufferer. We incorporate medical education, medication and clinical modalities to ensure the growth of each patient who walks in our door. With so many programs stating they specialize in mental health treatment what makes TIME different? With decades of experience, we specialize in mental health primary disorders.
