Located in downtown Fayetteville, AR, Time Wellness Arkansas is a primary mental health center for adults. Our program, which includes day treatment levels of care, and intensive outpatient is designed to assist clients in their journey to understand and achieve through symptom management and the development of new life skills. Our program specializes in assisting adults ages 18 and older in working through symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, dual diagnosis, personality disorders and trauma related challenges. Through our comprehensive approach including but not limited to: Bowen Family Systems, CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma focused approach, our treatment team carry the expertise to fufill an array of mental health problems. As a mental health treatment program, Time Wellness Arkansas utilizes a range of evidence-based treatment modalities that helps our client’s assimilate back into everyday life and rediscover a different way to live. We believe that incorporating important life skills like nutrition and exercise, time management, accountability of daily tasks helps treatment to be more effective in changing lifestyles. We will properly diagnose and provide a personalized treatment program to ensure you are getting the level of care you need. Time Wellness Arkansas believes that the mental health field is forever evolving, and we would like to do the same by offering technology such as red-light therapy to assist with S.A.D among others as well as Alpha Stimulation to assist with anger management and anxiety. Continuum of care and what we offer.
Our PHP program is for clients coming from any residential mental health program, or someone who may need structured living in addition to day treatment, PHP clients come to our Fayetteville location. Group hours are from 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM. Therapeutic living is also available for this level of care at supportive housing. The average length of stay is 4-6 weeks. Our IOP program is the next step-down which offers programing 3 to 5 days a week for 3 hours a day; as a program promoting life skills and over all mental wellness, our clinical IOP hours vary to meet the client’s needs. The average length of stay in IOP is an additional 1 to 2 months. Our family programming consists throughout the length of stay as mental illness does not only affect the individual sufferer. We incorporate medical education, medication and clinical modalities to ensure the growth of each client who walks in our door.
