At Thousand Branches Wellness, we offer a calm, welcoming environment for individual therapy for adults, child, adolescents, couples and families.
In addition, we offer Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy for those who need a little more care in their mental health journey beyond what individual therapy can offer. We currently offer an Adult IOP group, an LGBTQ+ IOP group and an adolescents' IOP group for ages 13-18.
You can also connect with others in one-hour weekly groups - LGBTQ+ (Tuesday), Adolescents (Tuesday), Professionals (Tuesday) and Women's (Wednesday). We Are Here To Help
