DBT Group for Adolescents
DBT is an evidenced based best practice for working with youth who have chronic self-harming, self-destructive and risky behaviors such as running away or promiscuity. DBT uses both individual and group formats to teach these youth skills and techniques that they can apply every single day to manage their emotions, become less reactive and make wiser decisions.
