At Think Happy Live Healthy we provide a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to mental health services. Our therapists each specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults and acknowledge the connection between mental health and physical health. At Think Happy Live Healthy we work to create an individualized treatment plan that involves therapy, movement, and creating a healthy food lifestyle. We realize the strong connection between our body and minds and use that to provide a more effective kind of treatment for our patients. Our licensed and pre-licensed therapists specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, school age issues, ADD/ADHD, parenting support/training, chronic illness/pain, and many more.
We also are one of the only treatment centers in Northern Virginia that accepts insurance (BCBS) for psychological evaluations/testing. Our psychological evaluations are offered to clients up to the age of 21.
