The Transformation Center
At The Transformation Center, our mission is to transform lives by empowering minds. We seek to provide mental health care and provide quality mental health treatment with empaty, integrity and compassion using evidence based approaches. The Transformation Center offers Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment programs for adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+). We offer comprehensive psychiatric treatment for a variety of issues, including substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, grief, and trauma. About Our Programs
Our evidence based holistic approach helps in healing physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Our therapists specialize in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). The Transformation Center offers individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication management, and nutritional assessment and education. The Transformation Center staff also offers a variety of experiential group therapies, such as art therapy, yoga therapy, music therapy, and other holistic therapeutic practices. Our compassionate staff recognizes that everyone has different needs and provide individualized care, group therapies, and family resources to restore balance and help each person enjoy a high quality of life.
