Teen/Pre Teen DBT Intensive Outpatient Group
This group offers an intensive approach to teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills- these skills focus on Mindfulness, Relationship Effectiveness, Regulating Emotions & Distress Tolerance. As teens learn these skills they are able to navigate life in a more wise, healthy and effective way!
