Now offering DBT Intensive Outpatient Groups
We have two options of treatment. First, our outpatient program focusing on treating the individual for 1 hour a week. Second, our DBT Intensive Outpatient Program, offers services for 10 hours each week.

The Timothy Center's Groups
Teen/Pre Teen DBT Intensive Outpatient Group
This group offers an intensive approach to teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills- these skills focus on Mindfulness, Relationship Effectiveness, Regulating Emotions & Distress Tolerance. As teens learn these skills they are able to navigate life in a more wise, healthy and effective way! An IOP is great for those who might be struggling to make progress in individual therapy or are needing step-down care. Call us today if you think your teen could benefit from these skills!
Parent/Teen/Adult Weekly Process Groups
Weekly process groups utilizing DBT skills based learned. We have three groups, one for parents, one for teens and another for single adults.
Adult Intensive Outpatient Group
During this intensive we utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach the skills necessary for learning to live their best life.
