Our Mission
Our mission at The Road to Recovery is to provide the highest level of personalized care and chemical dependency treatment services to adults who enter our facility. We are committed to creating and providing unprecedented experiences for all of our clients which will ultimately improve the overall quality of life for adults struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. Treatment Approach
Our treatment approach is strength-based, looking at ways to capitalize on the strengths of each client all while helping them learn the essential coping skills required to live a successful life free from addictive behaviors. We help each client identify core issues, accept personal responsibility, and appropriately resolve issues allowing the individual to be free from addiction and co-occurring disorders. We run a six bed adult residential program in Fountain Valley, CA. Our clients are given the opportunity to address issues in a supportive environment where they will be temporarily sheltered from stressful life obligations. Using this approach in the detoxification phase, we believe that clients will be empowered to make healthy decisions from day one, increasing responsibility as it becomes clinically appropriate, therefore developing real-life coping skills to reduce the risk of relapse throughout the course of and after leaving treatment. We implement a person-centered approach, creating an individualized treatment experience for each client. Taking the Next Step
We understand that reaching out for help can be one of the most difficult decisions a person will ever make. When you call, you will speak directly with a member of the treatment team who will guide you through a brief, confidential telephone assessment in a non-judgemental, supportive manner. Once the assessment is completed, the treatment team will determine the most appropriate level of care for you, either at our facility or elsewhere. If a hospital detox or other medical services are indicated prior to admission to The Road to Recovery, the team member can assist with those arrangements.
