Why TRC Counseling and Psychiatric Services?
We have served our community by providing quality mental health treatment options for over twenty years. We offer psychiatric medication management, outpatient counseling, Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), Therapy Groups, Peer Support, Employment Services, Health Homes, and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). We use the most effective evidence based approaches and are dedicated to finding you the help you need. Our qualified and knowledgeable staff are here for you and all of your needs. PROS provides a comprehensive, recovery oriented program for individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions. PROS supports goals to improve functioning, increase employment, attain higher levels of education and secure preferred housing. We believe that every individual has the ability to achieve recovery and attain a chosen life role. We can also offer collaborative treatment with public school counselors and other clinicians. Finding the right therapeutic relationship is critical to successful treatment. In this hurried world, it’s refreshing to be able to sit down and talk through your issues. You will find at TRC’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services, our team of therapists and physicians get to know you so they can work with you on resolving issues in a way that fits with your needs. Our therapists can also offer services to college students in our community. While college life can be fun and exciting, the pressures to fit in and succeed can be overwhelming. I’m embarrassed and reluctant to seek services.
