The Refuge serves adolescents and adults experiencing mental health, emotional, or substance use challenges who need more support than traditional weekly therapy alone. Many clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or co-occurring disorders and are seeking compassionate, structured care in a safe and supportive environment.
