A typical morning for clients in our detox program may involve taking a walk, journaling, and completing worksheets about how they are feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally. After lunch, clients may have individual therapy sessions, rest, exercise, and work on personal assignments. After dinner, clients attend group therapy sessions and work with qualified professionals to learn tools for continued recovery.
