About
Pride Institute's Philosophy
PRIDE Institute nurtures personal growth, resiliency and overall wellness for members of the LGBTQ Family. All programming at Pride is specifically developed for the LGBTQ Family. Clients are able, sometimes for the first time in their lives, to be – or to find - their true self. They are immersed in a home where there is no need to self-censor or explain being lesbian, gay, trans, etc..... Each client’s recovery program is custom tailored for their journey. PRIDE’s recovery programs provide solutions for all types of substance abuse, trauma, sexual and behavioral issues. These are holistic, inclusive, evidence-based practices steeped in measured results. PRIDE is a dual diagnosis, unlocked facility, where the primary diagnosis must be chemical dependency related. PRIDE staff are entirely embracing, supportive and inclusive. The Institute is licensed by the State of Minnesota and accredited by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.)
