Our participants will become more mindful of their actions and learn how to express and interpret their present environment. They will create positive connections and increase their self-regulation of attention and personal experiences. Improving Mindfulness will provide benefits throughout their professional and personal lives. Improving mindfulness through gratitude, filtering, and active listening will give our participants the advantage of seeing things in a new light. Relapse Prevention and S.M.A.R.T. Goals Group
In our recovery we understand that relapse is a process, it's not an event. In order to understand relapse prevention, you have to understand the stages of relapse. Relapse starts weeks or even months before the event of physical relapse. In group clients will learn the early warning signs of relapse and specific relapse prevention techniques for each stage of relapse. There are three stages of relapse. In this dynamic and interactive group, we walk through participants all three, learn what to watch out for and what we can do to get back on track when we slip.
