Somatic-Based and Evidence-Supported Treatment
We combine modalities to offer healing to body, mind, and spirit with DBT practices, somatic experiencing, Comprehensive Resource Model, EMDR, and attunement. We offer the resources and support for learning to trust the body's wisdom to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, eating disorders, body image issues, chronic pain, and other suffering. For your personal path to healing, our programs are uniquely designed with customized treatment adapting to each client's needs for healing. Treatment can include somatic-based and evidence-supported approaches to treatment; balance of one-on-one and group modalities; engaging a multi-disciplinary team of caring and skilled licensed professionals, collaboration with client's outside treatment professionals. We have various clinicians with diverse approaches utilizing play therapy, Comprehensive Resource Model, breath work, movement, DBT, aromatherapy, and other body-informed ways to work with the nervous system.
