Holistic Mental Health treatment only for ages 10+
We offer a Holistic Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Blount County &Tri-Cities ages 10+. Learn how to regulate your emotions in a small, personal, group therapy program in a home setting. We offer a non-institutionalized setting, that is peaceful and relaxing. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is embedded in our program. DBT is evidenced based and effective in reducing impulsive and reactive behavior. As part of the program, we offer holistic, mindfulness activities weekly. Our group treatment is offered three hours a day, three days a week for 7.5 weeks (24 sessions). We teach DBT's four skills of Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. We offer a free tour and intake, come into our programs or virtually and see if we are the right fit for you. We offer medication management on site. We will teach you or your child, in a supportive group setting how to live life with mindfulness. To do that, we have the best holistic practitioners in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Blount County, Tri-Cities that will come to the group to teach, yoga, art, music, horticulture therapy, drumming and a unique craft project. We will also have group on the water on a boat (seasonal/location specific and we will go to a ranch and experience equine therapy, locations specific. All of this is included in the cost of the program. All of our therapists are either DBT certified or in the process of being certified. If you are out of the area, physical, emotional or work barriers to attend out IOP program, we offer a virtual DBT group for 9 hours a week for 7.5 weeks. We care about our clients. Many people are concerned about attending a group and think they will have to be "spill their life story". We are a very different type of safe and protected group. We do not allow "Open Processing". We do not want people to be triggered. We have many rules around group to keep the "trauma talk" out of our groups. We understand that our clients have very different needs due to personal schedules. We offer a variety of schedules for Adults, Pre-teens, Teens and virtual adults and virtual teens late in the evening. We offer an exclusive LGBTQ morning adult group in our Chattanooga location. This group will allow a hybrid of virtual and in-person clients. We want to provide schedules that meet your needs so you can integrate 9 hours of therapy into your life. Groups
Preteen & Teen IOP groups are in person and online
An ideal group maximum is eight people. The teen groups in Kingsport are offering online groups three times a week M,T, Fr 430-730pm. Please call 423-269-8900 for additional information. Groups in Knoxville are in-person and are divided into ages 11-13, 14-18. We also offer ages 6-10 year old groups with parent involvement weekly as the community need is there.

Virtual IOP Groups for Adults from 5:30pm-8:30PM
It can be frustrating to want a service but you do not live within driving range. Sometimes, it is too difficult emotionally to attend a group or perhaps physical limitations or work schedules make coming to group impossible. The Middle Path-Maryville, TN is now offering a DBT virtual group. We offer 60 hours of intensive group per week for 6.5 weeks. Early Hope 6-10YO and Gastroenterology for Teens
The Middle Path is offering the "Early Hope" Intensive Outpatient Program for children 6-10 that need to learn to regulate their emotions. We are also offering an adolescent program for teens that are struggeling with Gasteroentrology issues and depression, anxiety or issues of trauma.
