How We Can Help
Our Silicon Valley treatment center provides comprehensive outpatient care for adults facing addiction, trauma, and behavioral health challenges. We offer full-day Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and half-day Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, grounded in the Meadows Model, developed from 50 years of clinical expertise. An evening IOP (5–8pm) and Chinese-language therapy group are also available. Our programs support those stepping down from higher levels of care or needing more than weekly therapy, with individualized treatment tailored to each person’s needs. Unbroken Program for Those Who Serve
Unbroken at The Meadows is an evidence-based program for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, public safety professionals, and their loved ones with PTSD and co-occurring substance use disorders.
