The Meadowglade in Moorpark, CA is CARF-accredited and offers multiple levels of tailored, evidence-based treatment, ranging from residential inpatient, providing an oasis of healing set on 24 acres, to our outpatient treatment with full day or half day programming located in our state of art center nearby. The Meadowglade Outpatient Center is easily accessible from locations throughout the Conejo Valley, including nearby Simi Valley, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. The Meadowglade Outpatient Center provides comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services. We customize programming to lead you on to a path to wellness from various conditions ranging from trauma and depression to PTSD and co-occurring disorders, among others. As an integrative and holistic program, we offer programming based on your specific needs. Our comprehensive programs include full-day Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and half-day Intensive Outpatient (IOP), catering to the needs of all our clients. We also offer full day PHP with immersive supportive housing providing allowing clients to take time out from their family dynamics, stressful work or school environment to focus on healing. Your Treatment
Specializing in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD & Trauma, Stress, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, and Self-Harm, among other disorders, we prioritize your well-being. Our innovative and diverse therapeutic methods go beyond the conventional, providing personalized programs that address the core of your needs. Our expert, licensed team excels in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR Psychotherapy, Coping Skills for Mood Regulation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Therapy, Self-Development, and Career Counseling. Your unique journey is at the heart of our tailored approach. Step into a space where personalized care blends with advanced therapies, guiding you to a renewed sense of self. Clients typically begin with PHP, consisting of 5 days a week, 6 hours per day, before transitioning down to IOP at 3 hours per day, 3-5 days per week. We’ll work with your schedule and individual treatment needs.
