Welcome to The Lotus Collaborative
The Lotus Collaborative offers holistic behavioral health recovery services for individuals struggling with their mood, trauma, food and eating disorders through in-person and virtual programs. Lotus strives to create a recovery environment in which clients feel heard, respected and empowered, through ongoing collaboration between clients and the treatment team. All staff are sensitive to sexual orientation and gender identity as key issues in the recovery process and hold the understanding that “recovery” will vary from person to person. TLC offers two tracks to recovery: 1) The TLC Eating Disorder Track specializes in the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise and any other ways disordered eating may show up in individuals of all identities. 2) The TLC Mood & Trauma Track focuses on the treatment of trauma and mood disorders including, but not limited to: PTSD, depression, anxiety and stress. Eating Disorder: PHP, IOP & Outpatient Options
TLC offers holistic eating disorder care that is balanced between evidence-based approaches, and deep, interpersonal, psycho-spiritual work. TLC uses the validated therapy modalities for eating disorders, including: individual, family, and group therapy; nutritional counseling and meal support; and CBT, DBT, IFS, among others. Treatment days include group work (therapy, recovery skills, nutrition education), individual sessions (therapy, nutrition), and supervised meals and snacks. TLC Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for eating disorder recovery offers clients 6 hours of support, up to 7 days a week. The PHP programming is aimed to provide clients an opportunity to gain traction in their recovery and learn the skills necessary to stabilize their behaviors. TLC Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorder recovery offers clients 3 hours of support 3-7 days a week. The IOP program offers clients a chance to build and apply recovery skills both within the structured support of program and in their daily life outside of program. TLC offers outpatient sessions with therapists and dietitians to support maintaining recovery in life after treatment. Mood & Trauma: IOP (Virtual & In-Person Options)
TLC's Mood & Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was created for clients affected by anxiety, depression and trauma who are seeking a supportive community and additional support. TLC’s Mood IOP program is available 3-4 days virtually and/or 3 days in person (in-person in Santa Cruz only). The program includes group therapy, weekly individual therapy, sound healing, biofeedback, meditation, yoga, healing movement, and expressive arts. Our team collaborates care with a client's outpatient team and any referring providers to create a uniquely tailored treatment program.
