About

The Lotus Collaborative - San Francisco Location

The Lotus Collaborative offers holistic behavioral health recovery services both virtually, and in-person, at our Santa Cruz and San Francisco California locations. The Lotus Collaborative is more than just another treatment center. We are a multi-disciplinary team of compassionate and skilled mental health experts, that have a passion for helping clients obtain health and happiness. We believe in providing our clients with a recovery environment in which they feel heard, respected and empowered.

Our PHP, IOP & Outpatient Treatment Options

TLC offers a balanced treatment approach with validated therapies for eating disorders that include interpersonal therapy, family therapy, group therapy, meal planning & support, and cognitive behavioral therapy. For clients that need the maximum support, we offer a Day Treatment Program (PHP). Our PHP provides clients with recovery support 8 hours a day, up to 7 days a week. Treatment days include group therapy, recovery skills, nutrition education and supervised meals and snacks. Each client receives weekly individual therapy and dietary sessions. The Lotus Collaborative also offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offering clients 4 hours of support, up to 7 days a week. This is best suited for clients that need the support of a treatment program but would like more freedom to practice recovery. Treatment days include group therapy, nutrition education and one supervised meal or snack. Clients receive weekly individual therapy and dietary sessions.

Mood & Trauma IOP

The Lotus Collaborative's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has been created for clients affected by anxiety, depression and trauma who need additional support, or for those transitioning from higher levels of care. Our IOP includes group therapy, weekly individual therapy, psychiatry (as needed), nutrition programming and education, sound healing, biofeedback, meditation, yoga, healing movement, and expressive arts. Our team collaborates care with a client's outpatient team and any referring providers to create a uniquely tailored treatment program. As a client of our IOP you will receive a total of 9 hours of structured support per week, in 3 sessions for 3 hours each on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our team serves and supports clients of all genders and sexual orientations, ages 14 and up, at our safe, welcoming centers located in Santa Cruz and San Francisco. We also serve California residents ages 18+ online.

The Lotus Collaborative's Groups

Online Eating Disorder Recovery Support Group

Saturday mornings, The Lotus Collaborative hosts a free online recovery support group that runs from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. This group is for anyone struggling with an eating disorder to get recovery support as well as to practice giving recovery support to others. While this is not a therapy group, it is a supportive virtual environment in which to meet others working towards recovery, build relationships, gain insight, and practice recovery skills. Everyone working towards eating disorder recovery is welcome.
