A Healing and Holistic Wellness Institute
The Life Changer Center is a healing and holistic wellness institute. A therapeutic group practice made up of licensed clinicians and life coaches. We empower our clients to heal as they rewrite their narrative towards restoration and expansion. We provide individual and group therapy to individuals who in life's transitions and are experiencing Stress/Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Relationships, Trauma, Grief, Substance Abuse and Loss Gambling.
Therapy for Girls
With the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our children and young people are being severely impacted directly and indirectly. Beyond getting sick, their social, emotional and mental well-being has been challenged. Anxiety and depression occur in both genders, but by the teenage years, girls are much more at risk than boys. According to research, by mid-adolescence, girls are more than twice as likely to be diagnosed with a mood disorder as boys. Therefore, The DreamBig: I Am Girls Project is on a mission to BREAK this cycle. We would like to offer these services ( 1.) I Am Girls Circle : A twelve -week journey designed to empower girls to discover and enhance their Girl Power Gems as they engage in self- discovery, leadership development and experiential learning activities; Individual Therapy for Girls: For Anxiety, Depression etc. (3). Family Support and Development: We provide individual therapy and workshops designed to strengthen and support the family.
I Am Bigger - Support Group
You are Bigger!! The I Am Bigger is a Support Group that empowers individuals to Think Bigger, Plan Bigger and Live Bigger. Clients will have the opportunity to develop their Bigger Game Pan in eight of the following areas of their life: Health, Finance, Spiritual Walk, Relationships, Self-Care, Career/Training, Personal Development and Love/Romance. Narrative Therapy is a critical component of this practice. Clients will be engaged in journal writing as they share their stories and journey towards the next best version of themselves.
