What is the Insight Program?
The Insight Program is a drug and alcohol treatment center designed for young people ages 13 – 25. The Insight Program is committed to the idea that addiction to or dependence on alcohol and other drugs is a serious problem and should be treated as such. Insight is a private program which is twelve step based and offers a network of interacting services including a fee based intensive outpatient program and an 18 – 24 month support group. The Insight Program is committed to the idea that drug and alcohol abuse affects the entire family and therefore offers counseling and support groups for parents. The Insight Program has been in operation since 1987. Insight continues to be successful with teenagers and young adults because of its unique understanding of the issues that lead young people to abuse drugs and alcohol. Insight’s focus on family issues with recovery also sets it apart as the leader in the drug and alcohol rehabilitation field. Services
Our IOP program for teens is highly successful and it is designed to meet minors where they are. The program features high quality, teenage specific group counseling, two sober social events weekly, three 12 step support group meetings for teens each week, individual counseling for teens, and weekly parent support group meetings. Our approach places an emphasis on integrating sobriety with having fun and building a new, positive peer support system. The Insight Program’s intensive outpatient program for young adults ages 18-25 meets Monday through Friday and specifically caters to the needs of young adults. The Insight Program’s Intensive Outpatient Program utilizes a comprehensive approach designed to provide complete substance abuse treatment to young adults. The Intensive Outpatient Program can provide either primary treatment or a smooth transition from an acute care or residential setting. How can the Insight Program help?
