Northbound Treatment Services offers treatment of drug and alcohol addiction, and specializes in the treatment of young adults with co-occurring disorders. Our women's program provides our clients with a compassionate, supportive environment that nurtures our women and allows them to grow and thrive in sobriety. Treatment is specifically focused on helping clients recover from the issues that are unique to women in recovery. Clients are provided with evidence based treatment strategies that have been validated as the most effective methods of treating addiction and promoting overall health and satisfaction. All clients are offered a treatment plan that has been molded to their individual needs, which is adapted and modified as time goes on. They participate in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and activities that encourage the formation of strong bonds with both peers and treatment professionals.

We are a group therapy practice located in the heart of downtown San Mateo offering in-person and telehealth sessions to Kids/Parents, Teens and Adults.

At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, aggression, defiance, trauma, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At Evolve Walnut Creek, we believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored. Our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry; groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety; and daily academic support. (Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely.) Teens also participate in experiential therapies (e.g. equine, music, art, fitness, yoga, hiking, and meditation) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses. 

Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services treats teen boys and girls ages 12 – 17 experiencing substance use and mental health conditions. Our campuses are beautiful, home-like settings in Sonoma County, Clovis and Riverside, California, where clients enjoy camaraderie, benefit from intensive integrated therapy, and enjoy recreation and experiential therapy activities. Boys and girls are treated and housed separately to eliminate drama and distraction. This program provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for teens experiencing a range of behavioral healthcare issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, and suicidality. Programming is trauma-informed to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where teens can feel open and comfortable engaging in treatment and focusing on their care without distractions. 90210 Recovery offers multiple evidence-based modalities in treating Substance Abuse and Mental Health conditions. Our focus is addressing and treating the underlying conditions of substance use disorder with a well rounded unique staff. Some of the problems we see involve a decline in academic performance, unhealthy sleep habits, poor diet, impaired family and social relationships, and a decrease in motivation (other than to be online). Over time, excessive use acts in similar ways as does a drug like cocaine. Tolerance is built up, and an even greater amount of time is spent online to keep feeling good. Over the past decade, we've discovered that the problem is much deeper than screen use, or depression alone. These are actually the side effects. Often at the core of the issue is a desire for greater love, connection and belonging. Our program is built on the belief that lasting change requires a deep examination of what's underneath a person's excessive screen use.

We are physician operated program that is also licensed to provide highly advanced psychiatric treatment options such as ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Our philosophy is to minimize medications and provide one on one intensive treatment in an intimate small group environment. We service all adult ages and also offer specialty treatment tracts that address the unique needs of seniors, chronic pain sufferers. Treatment is provided to only 6 clients at a time to provide highly individualized attention. Unlike most programs that advertise for mental health but are really substance abuse treatment programs, we are proud to be one of the very few double certified true mental health programs in existence.
