Supporting individuals through betrayal trauma, these groups focus on managing triggers, building clarity, confidence, boundaries, and self-love, while fostering hope and promoting recovery. Held separately for men and women at both introductory and advanced levels. Participants will gain an understanding of betrayal trauma and the recovery journey, learn how to manage triggers and symptoms, increase clarity and self-confidence, open safe avenues for accessing connection and authenticity, and create a vision of hope.

Intimacy Bootcamp

We offer men and women's sections of this group. Participants will learn about intimacy in the context of themselves and their emotional safety. This group will cultivate an understanding and empowering environment as individuals identify their boundaries, reduce shame, and generate self-care techniques. This course helps individuals to build intimacy skills in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We will begin accepting clients about 6 weeks prior to the start date of each group, which will be every quarter of the year. This 8-week online educational based course is for those motivated to explore their emotional availability and strengthen valuable relationships.
