Spravato is a nasal spray prescribed for treatment-resistant depression. Unlike oral antidepressants, which can take several weeks to months to work, the effects of Spravato are typically felt within days, unlocking a pathway to healing for patients who have not responded to oral antidepressants and/or other augmentative therapies alone. Spravato is the first new drug approved for depression by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) in decades. Spravato is specially designed for those suffering from Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD). Spravato (esketamine) is indicated in combination with an oral antidepressant for adults suffering from treatment-resistant depression. Imagine by Northpoint is an outpatient mental health treatment center for adolescents ages 12-17 in Seattle, WA. Our treatment consists of a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP). We work with teens that suffer from mental health or behavioral conditions. We provide necessary coping skills and tools to transition back into their home, community and schooling system.

Adult, Young Adult (18-30), 50+, and Adolescent (13-17) PHP, partial hospitalization, programs. Using CBT and ACT programming, medication management, nursing groups, rec and music therapy, the Partial Hospitalization Program provides treatment for people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mood disorders. Patients participate in group therapy for six hours a day, five days per week. The Adolescent PHP program is available virtually or on-site.

In the past our practice has been mainly focused on youth and family services, and while that is still the case, we accept people of all denominations. Opal: Food + Body Wisdom is a locally owned eating disorder treatment center in the heart of Seattle's University District. We provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services for people of all genders 18+ with eating disorders and disordered eating. Opal offers mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, family therapy and psychiatric services at all levels of care. We now provide non-clinical, free lodging for our PHP and IOP clients.
