Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but having a supportive space to talk openly is often the first and most meaningful step toward change. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, helping them to better understand what they’re experiencing and themselves. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported in your growth.

Life happens to all of us and the one thing in this life we can be sure of is change. But embracing change can be challenging. Looking at change with acceptance can add its own level of discomfort, even unrest. Exploring concerns and issues in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere can give rise to opportunities of welcoming possibilities. Come share your concerns. Navigate uncertainties. Look to the future with hope! Being willing to explore concerns is a first step. I am ready to listen and hear your thoughts and concerns about what is impacting your life at this time.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and the fact that you’re here means you’re already taking an important step. Healing begins when you feel genuinely heard and understood in a judgment-free space. I am here to listen to you and help you cultivate your uniqueness by embracing your authentic self. We can face life challenges at any stage of our lives. I have extensive experience supporting families through divorce, blended family dynamics, and parenting challenges. I believe that many difficulties stem from relational conflicts, so my focus is on fostering understanding, connection, and growth within families and couples. I also work with individuals who seek a deeper understanding of themselves to address life challenges.

You don't need to have the right words or a perfect explanation for why you're struggling before starting therapy-you just need a place to start. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have supported clients from 6 to 60+ years old. I enjoy helping people make sense of themselves and their experience. Together, we'll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, build on existing strengths, and work toward meaningful change. As someone who values neurodiversity and queer-affirming care, I know there is no one "right" way to be human. I will work to understand you as a whole person rather than trying to fit you into a mold.

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect, and it’s easy to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals managing anxiety and ADHD, and I help clients work through concerns such as depression, grief, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions, better understand yourself, and begin to feel less stuck.
