Adolescent & Adult Intensive Outpatient Programs
The Anxiety Center at Renew has anxiety and depression focused intensive outpatient programs for adolescents (12-18) and adults. The program is helpful for clients interested in learning Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Responsive Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to reduce anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, PTSD and SI. We also have individual therapists and a dietitian at Renew. We accept most commercial insurance and provide free assessments. Contact us today schedule an appointment at 913.768.6606. We also have individual therapists and interns with reduced fees.
Anxiety and Depression Focused Groups
We provide intensive therapy for clients that are interested in continuing to see their therapist while being involved in a group setting for 5 weeks (adolescent) and 6 weeks (adult). The program is covered by Aetna, Cigna, UHC and BCBS insurance and provide a free, one hour assessment.

The Intensive Outpatient Program is for people with anxiety including: generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Our six week group program is on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evening from 5:30-8:30 pm for six weeks at our cottage-style home in Olathe, Kansas. We accept most major insurance companies. This program is for 12-18 year old's with anxiety including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal ideation, school avoidance, phobias, OCD and PTSD. The program provides practical, tactical and experiential training utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT-S) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Program Schedule: M, T, W, Th from 3:00-5:00 pm for 5 weeks.
