About Us
Tennessee Wellness Center offers comprehensive outpatient treatment options for both primary mental health disorders and substance use disorders. We seek to provide a catered approach to each individual with the understanding that each person is unique in their struggles. In addition to our commuter programs located in Knoxville, TWC also provides housing accommodations for those in need of additional community support and resources as they focus on their journey in recovery.
Mental Health Treatment Track
Tennessee Wellness Center offers treatment tracks that specialize in mood disorders, thought disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other various mental health challenges. Within this treatment track, clients are afforded access to medication management & psychiatry services, group therapy, individual therapy, recreational therapy, and family therapy.
Substance Use Disorder Treatment Track
Tennessee Wellness Center treats all forms of substance abuse and drug dependency issues. Utilizing evidence based methodologies, TWC seeks to support an environment of long term, sustainable sobriety in which clients can progress in a community of individuals pursuing the same journey in recovery.
