Located in Rose Garden, San Jose, Evolve’s partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs treat teens ages 12-17 with mental health, addiction, dual diagnosis, and/or behavioral issues. Our licensed, specialized staff utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), daily group sessions and psychoeducation, individual and family therapy, multifamily groups, and psychiatry. We also integrate therapeutic modalities for addiction recovery, such as Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, 12-Step support programs, and SMART Recovery. Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation. They may display high-risk, self-harming or suicidal behaviors. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Through DBT, we teach our patients the skills needed for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, improved impulse control, and effective communication. Teens also receive daily academic support and participate in experiential therapies such as music, art, mindfulness, yoga, and psychodrama.

Throughout the 21st century, the United States has been impacted by epidemic levels of opioid abuse, addiction, and overdose. In 2000, opioid overdoses were responsible for about 8,400 deaths in the U.S. By 2020, the annual number of opioid overdose deaths in the U.S. had risen to more than 68,000. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that can be a valuable tool in the effort to reverse this trend. People who take part in MAT receive prescription medications that can ease the intense cravings and other distressing symptoms that are characteristic of opioid withdrawal. When they take these medications as directed, they may find it easier to stop using heroin, prescription pills, morphine, fentanyl, and other opioids. However, prescription medication cannot address the behavioral and social aspects of opioid addiction and recovery. To help people make the lifestyle changes that will support long-term recovery from opioid addiction, MAT programs also provide counseling. During counseling sessions, MAT patients can learn to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and deal with other difficult circumstances in a healthy manner without resorting to opioid abuse.

We understand overcoming addiction is not easy. For more than 12 years, Turning Point Centers has been treating individuals with alcohol, drug and mental health issues. Our program is different than a traditional 12-step treatment program. Because we see addiction as a multi-faceted disease that impacts different aspects of an indvidual's well-being, we provide a variety of behavioral therapies, family therapy, physician-directed care, and Medication-Assisted treatment when clinically indicated. At Youth Care Treatment Center, we understand that adolescents have unique needs when it comes to behavioral health treatment. At our campus, we offer age-appropriate care through our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Draper, Utah. We provide treatment for young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), conduct disorders, and attachment disorders. Adolescents ages 13-18 can participate in our PHP and receive targeted therapeutic interventions for nine hours per day, five days per week. This treatment option is ideal for young people who don’t require round-the-clock residential care but would still benefit from intensive therapies. At Youth Care, we understand that every young person's healing journey is unique. Therefore, we believe in personalizing their treatment plan as much as possible. Every adolescent’s experience is different, but most young people participate in our PHP for four to five months. In our PHP, adolescents can engage in several different therapies, such as individual therapy up to three times a week, family therapy once a week, and daily group therapies.

Emerge Treatment is a comprehensive and holistic day treatment facility designed to address the mental health needs of young women between the ages of 18 and 30. With a focus on the well-being of the whole person, Emerge offers a 60 to 90-day program that provides individual counseling, group therapy, skill-building, and physical-health based approaches.

EVNSQ was our first choice for some very specific reasons. Youth Care Treatment Center, located in Draper, Utah, provides quality education services for adolescents ages 11-17 who are participating in our residential treatment program. Our academic program is fully accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges and is designed to cater to the individual needs of students who are struggling with substance use concerns and mental health disorders. Our certified educators are highly experienced in working with gifted students, adolescents who have learning disabilities, and those facing behavioral challenges. Through our education program, we strive to equip each student with the skills and knowledge for lasting success. Upon enrollment in our academic program at Youth Care, students complete an educational assessment conducted by our teachers. This assessment is designed to determine each student’s academic level and to inform the development of their individualized class schedule. Our academic curriculum is aligned with the Utah State Core Curriculum and offers more than 60 diverse classes for student participation.
