Crossroad residential programs for children and youth, ages 6 to 21, are offered on our Fort Wayne campus. Crossroad will admit clients with medical challenges including, but not limited to, seizure disorders, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, diabetes, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, cancer, and shunt placement; we will also accept children with developmental delays and learning challenges on a case-by-case basis.
