Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center is a unique, adolescent, substance use disorder treatment program providing every patient with a comprehensive and customized level of care. From fully supervised Withdrawal Management all the way to Outpatient Services, our customized adolescent care for ages 12 to 17 is built on the latest scientific research and proven techniques to increase the likelihood of successful outcomes. Stonewater's founding family has been there, where you are now, and understands that your child is an individual who needs an individualized recovery program which provides safety, privacy, security and success. Because adolescents aren't the only ones affected by their addiction, Stonewater provides support for families through group therapy and other educational activities to better understand how to provide support throughout recovery. Family weekends on campus twice a month will allow you to see firsthand the progress of your child and actively engage with them during the treatment process. We want to see your child or loved one successful both within our walls and at home, so our programs are designed to promote a sustained, ongoing approach to overcoming addiction and re-engaging in life as a youth and as a family. Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center is a safe place where adolescents can receive 24/7 support to develop the skills and abilities necessary to improve health, wellness, independence, continuing education and motivation to reach their full potential in a life of recovery. To best understand their behavior and negative lifestyle influences, a safe, encouraging place removed from these unhealthy influences is imperative. At Stonewater, Residential Treatment is offered in a secure, compassionate and motivational space to fully equip your adolescent for the journey ahead. Our 90 day live-in recovery program provides a stable space to develop abstinence and critical life skills for those seeking residential treatment. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Stonewater is a structured program designed to work with adolescents therapeutically while they are living autonomously or with family. The Stonewater IOP incorporates evidenced-based practices such as Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Group Education, Family Therapy and experiential therapies while allowing the adolescent to return home daily. The adolescent continues to have access to school, work or other activities while pursuing recovery goals as part of the IOP Individual Service Plan.
