Intensive treatment for teens struggling with poor self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, self-harm urges or behaviors, anxiety, depression, body image issues, and those with suicidal ideation. If your teen is struggling with these or other issues impacting home or school life and their relationships our program can help them develop increased emotional regulation skills, improved communication skills, improved relationships, a better sense of self, and reduced symptoms of self-harm. Our clients leave us feeling optimistic about life and feel like they have a life worth living. 
Intensive Treatment while remaining at home
Groups meet 3-5 days per week just under 3 hours per day. We teach DBT skills in a fun, create, interactive manner. Utilizing art, movement, music, outside activities teens learn DBT skills to help regulate emotions and reduce self-harm and suicidal urges. Intensive treatment Available immediately
