At Sutton Counseling Services, we are trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART); both are excellent trauma treatments. We work with all ages and have therapists who specialize in working with children. Whether it's trauma or just wanting some coping skills, our therapists are well equipped to help. We also do neurofeedback which is excellent for reducing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chronic headaches, and a host of other mental health concerns.
