Sustain Recovery is a comprehensive adolescent treatment facility for teens that merges a deep passion for client care with evidence-based clinical treatment modalities and best-practice principles including 12- Step Recovery, Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments, Clinical Interventions & Holistic Modalities. Sustain Recovery offers mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment for teens ages 12-17. Options include residential treatment (non-hospital type setting), partial hospitalization (Outpatient all day treatment), and intensive outpatient (3 hours a day) programs. All programs offer separate tracks for mental health and substance use disorder. Our Mission
Sustain Recovery began on the foundation of lived experiences. Our founders
know firsthand how isolating the journey and challenges surrounding mental
health and substance use can feel. We envisioned creating a space we once
longed for: a place where adolescents and their families could feel safe, seen,
heard and truly cared for.
