NorthStar Transitions is a Joint Commission accredited facility that provides licensed drug and alcohol treatment for adults 18 and over. Spring EOP stands for “Enhanced Outpatient Programming,” an elevated outpatient experience for exploring and addressing substance use disorders, and the underlying issues that fuel addiction. The clinical programming of Spring EOP helps clients address a variety of mental health and addiction concerns including substance use disorders, trauma, couples and intimacy issues, familial stress, depression, anxiety, and other stressors that directly impact sobriety.
