STR Lancaster is a premier outpatient treatment center in Pennsylvania offering personalized care for substance use, mental health, and dual diagnosis disorders. Our expert team provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and individualized treatment plans rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and holistic healing. STR Behavioral Health is nationally recognized by the Human Rights Campaign for providing affirming, high-quality LGBTQIA+ care. Our family and alumni programs help foster lasting recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.
Levels of Care
Levels of care include PHP and IOP, with structured daily and flexible day or evening options. Clients receive individual, group, and family therapy, case management, peer support, and medication management, along with ongoing clinical support and weekly therapist contact. Our programs support healing while clients continue managing daily life.
Our Treatment Approach
Our treatment approach is individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based. We meet each client where they are, using therapies such as ACT, CBT, DBT, experiential therapy, meditation therapy, trauma therapy, relapse prevention, and medication-assisted treatment.
