At SSM Health Behavioral Health Outpatient Services St. Mary's Hospital- St. Louis our programs provide care to adults, 18 and older, including seniors, experiencing a variety of mental health needs, such as, stress, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. If you are ready to reduce your mental health symptoms, prevent hospitalization and avoid relapse, our program is for you. We will work with you to improve and maintain your optimal level of functioning and improve your quality of life.
We offer an Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), a Hospital Outpatient Program and Individual Therapy. Our Hospital Outpatient Program for adults and seniors offers group and individual therapy and is designed to enhance physical, mental, cognitive and social well-being. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for adults that may experience a short-term crisis that affects their daily lives through work or family, etc. and need help to regain control. For those looking for individual therapy we will get you scheduled with one of our skilled therapists to start working towards your individualized treatment goals.
