Our Balance Group focuses on teaching the needed skills to lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. With a holistic approach, this group covers weekly topics from mindfulness practices to the effects of environmental toxins. Our on staff Naturopath Physician leads this group, teaching how to best care for a person’s physical health. Healing for the whole person is not possible without looking at the physical health issues that may be present. Incorporated into this groups is education on nutrition and healthy habits, learning mindfulness techniques, and restorative yoga.
