Our practice specializes in goal-oriented therapy and we are able to provide you with relief in a relatively short amount of time, in most cases. Our professionals are adept at a variety of clinical treatments, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), play therapy, trauma-related treatments, solution-focused therapy, family systems practices, DBT (dialetical behavior therapy), and CPT (cognitive processing therapy). We also specialize in Psychological Assessment, including (but not limited to) assessments in Neuropsychology, Pain Assessments for surgical procedures, and Gastric-related Assessments for pre-surgical approval. Our practice is composed of carefully selected individuals who specialize in a variety of mental health issues. We are able to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as psychological assessments. We treat many different disorders, including but not limited to, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar, Addictions, Pain-Related Illness, Marriage and Family concerns, and Trauma. When an individual contacts our office, we aim to pair them with the best fit therapist who matches the client on personality as well as specializes in their area of concern.
