Cardinal Counselling and Mediation is a full service counselling agency in Waterloo Our office is close to the Expressway, offers free parking and is on a main bus line. We believe that all people can change their lives, leading them to higher satisfaction and health. We work with individuals, couples and families and do not have a wait list. All of our counsellors are Registered Social Workers with a Masters Degree. We encourage our clients to check their extended health benefits to see if counselling is covered, as we are unable to accept OHIP. We currently offer virtual and in-person appointments.
We offer a variety of different treatment strategies based on client preference and need. Did you notice our list encompasses many issues and types of therapy? It's because we will match you with the counsellor who is the right fit for your schedule and the issues you want to work on. Our counsellors are experienced both in providing treatment and in life.
Starting counselling is hard.
