Solara Mental Health's Groups


Our trauma group provides a safe, nurturing experience, wherein clients gain education, support, and guidance. Led by one of our highly skilled clinicians, the group discusses trauma and the damaging effects it has on one's life. Clients learn and practice concrete skills for coping with triggers, and also discuss their own experiences as they feel ready, gaining insight and support from understanding peers. In the safety of the trauma group, clients find relief from pain learn that they are not alone in their struggles, helping them to build a strong foundation for both immediate and long-term healing. Anxiety Management

Our Anxiety Management is a safe, supportive group session led by one of our clinicians, who is expert in treating anxiety. This group is designed to help clients suffering from any type of anxiety to gain greater insight into the thought processes, underlying beliefs, symptoms, and triggers of anxiety. Our clinician guides and facilitates the discussion, but the group is intended, principally, as an environment in which participants share together, as peers, learning from each other's experiences, and moving forward on the path to relief and recovery from anxiety. Bipolar Group

Solara Mental Health provides a Bipolar Group with therapy, education, and support for those suffering from Bipolar disorder. The bipolar therapy group is led by one of our clinicians, who is expert in Bipolar treatment. In this supportive, safe session, participants receive education, understanding, and support. Participants learn to employ practices and methods to deal with Bipolar disorder, recognize symptoms, triggers, and stressors, and stabilize their mood before becoming manic or depressive. Working with like-minded peers in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment, participants can gain healing on the road to living stable, fulfilling lives.
