Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Women
Sol is a boutique mental health and substance use disorder treatment center for women ages 18+. We treat conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, alcohol use disorder, and more. We accept most private insurances and provide individual therapy, support groups, psychiatry, and case management as part of our PHP/IOP program.
Programs & Therapies
Our gender-specific intensive outpatient treatment program serves women dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, academic struggles, divorce, substance use disorders, and more. We offer specialist therapies like EMDR, music therapy, art therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation.
